
About the Workshop
In this workshop, we’ll explore the seven main chakras and learn simple tools to balance their energy. We'll start with yoga philosophy, then move into breathwork (pranayama), asana practice (Hatha), and meditation—all with a gentle approach.
Dates
The workshop consists of four classes - one Friday per month -, each focused on a set of chakras:

Sep 27 | The Sacral Chakra and the Solar Plexus Chakra |
Oct 25 | The Heart Chakra and the Throat Chakra |
Nov 22 | The Third Eye Chakra, the Crown Chakra, and workshop conclusion |

What to bring with you
*If you want, bring a notebook for notes and reflections
*Mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets are available in the studio space
*Feel free to bring your own mat and props if you prefer
*Wear comfy clothes
About Hata Yoga
Hata is a great style for both beginners and more experienced yogis. It offers a gentle and alignment-oriented practice with asanas (poses) held for a longer time, which allows for improved stretching, balance, and strength. The class also includes pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation.
