Payment
- Please complete the payment before class.
Health
- Please talk to a doctor before taking a class in case you are dealing with any injuries or conditions.
- During the class, if you feel any warning pain make sure to gently come out of the pose, rest, and take care of yourself.
Practical information
- Please arrive 10-15min before the class starts. We need to go through a quick security check to bring everyone inside. The class will begin on time, so please remember that if you arrive late it won't be possible to let you in.
- Mats, blocks, and towels/blankets will be available in the studio space. Water, tea, bathrooms with shower and toilet are also available.
- The class can be taught in English or Portuguese. In the case that the students are from international backgrounds, the class will be taught in English. In the case that all the students are Portuguese speakers, then the class will be taught in Portuguese.

Practical information
- Please be ready 5-10min before the class starts. You may, for instance, start preparing your practice space by checking your internet connection, computer/mobile battery levels, and camera settings in advance.
- You will need a yoga mat, blocks or books, a cushion or pillow, and a towel or blanket for support. Wear comfortable exercise clothes and socks and a sweatshirt for more comfort at the beginning and end of class.
- The class can be taught in English or Portuguese. In the case that the students are from international backgrounds, the class will be taught in English. In the case that all the students are Portuguese speakers, then the class will be taught in Portuguese.

- Please complete the payment before the session.
Information
- Some information is required for the birth chart reading. Among the information asked, the DATE, MONTH, YEAR, TIME, and LOCATION of your birth need to be correct before I start reading your charts. If not correct, I can redo the reading after you send me the right information, but I will charge a symbolic fee for the extra work. You will usually find all the information on your birth certificate.
- If you don't find the information or are unsure about it, please understand that this might influence the chart reading. In these cases, I recommend a more general reading, which although less detailed can also be helpful.
- All the information shared during the sessions is private to you as a client, and I won't share it with third parties.
